We were a party of 12 for our holiday dinner on 12/6/2023. It was a fantastic experience from them greeting us, seating us, the service and the food. We loved the location, the environment, the pace of the evening and all of the choices. Definitely recommend.

Upscale place in Brooklyn, If you are a meat eater you have to try the Prime Rib second to none. They have so many Drinks, my recommendations are the mule, the lychee martini, Miami vice and Pima colada my favorites, they have a nice collection of Tequilas. Vodkas and single malts
The appetizers are good size to share
Don’t leave this place without trying the desserts.

Food and service was good. My only comment is that the order didn't arrive at the same time and the wait staff was in a rush to pick up the dishes very quickly, even before we finished.
After I initially posted this, the manager took the time to call me and apologize! What great attention to the customer!

5 star experience!!
We reached out to Bison & Bourbon to see about setting up a dinner for a party of 15.
They worked with us from beginning to end, curating a menu that fit our budget and seating us in a way that provided privacy. The food was outstanding from the appetizers all the way through the dessert’s. Working with JUAN was a breeze, and I would highly recommend Bison & Bourbon to anybody looking for a beautiful night out!

Came here with a group for a charity event and it was incredible. The food was incredible and the service was amazing. Dedicated staff worked with us to create the perfect menu to provide the best experience for all of us. I can't express enough about how above and beyond everything was. I highly recommend going there for the food and the staff. Special shout out to Juan who did an amazing job to accommodate all our needs and roll with any and all changes. Definitely going to be coming back.

10 stars all in all! The ambience is great and pleasant, not too noisy. We had a very pleasant experience. The waiters/waitresses went above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The food was next level delicious. The only downside is the deserts can be upgraded in taste. Otherwise everything else was super!!

Great service, amazing ambiance. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because my steak came a little dry. But everything else was amazing!

Wonderful ambiance. The place is really pleasantly designed and appropriate music in the background.
Food was very good.
Service was excellent. One thing I'd suggest is that the waiters should make sure to speak slower, and more deliberately clear. It's a habit of speech that maybe the owners should pay attention to when training them.
