I am a New Yorker and these bagels are in the top 2 bagels I’ve ever had. The bagels are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and the cream cheese selection is great.
I usually order the everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and my boyfriend get the everything with lox spread. It’s his #1 favorite bagel place. Would highly recommend trying them out!

Great bagels baked on premises. I've always enjoyed their bagels as well as their sandwiches. In a neighborhood with plenty of bagel shops to choose from, you can't go wrong with The Bagel Factory!

They have a variety of bagels with a pretty large menus. They have good breakfast menu. The place is too small so you cannot dine in. The staff were super friendly. We had a dietary restriction and they have accommodated us.
The coffee was not too bad. The food amount was big and filling. If you love bagels, you may want to try it. And yes they have crazy different types of cream cheese to try on your bagel. They also offer sandwiches on rolls and croissants.

Probably one of the best bagel spots in Brooklyn. You can really taste the difference in these bagels, they really taste fantastic. That and a TON of different cream cheese options (try the apple cinnamon) make this my favorite bagel spot in the city.
