Papa Johns Pizza

The food was delicious but the delivery was pretty awful. I'm in the Hampton inn and included my room number. I received a phone call from the driver telling me he dropped it off in the lobby. I asked if he was bringing it to my room and he said "no. It's already dropped off". So I went down to the lobby. The front desk had no idea. I found my food on as table in the lobby next to someone's luggage. Seriously?

A large pizza with pepperoni and sausage and the other half with black olives and they charged me $18 plus the $2 tip came to $20 that was too much it was warm not hot and I didn't appreciate it and the soda that I ordered with it didn't even come with it so you tell me is this place really worth all that I don't think so I would not recommend going here their prices are too high and the service sucks!!

This place has changed within the last 3 months. I was recently told that they were closed at 11:20 pm. I asked the worker, how? Last month I ordered later then this and it was no problem. I don't know if there is new management but this is the second time this month...I've been turned away from ordering. I even was told by a manager ( November 8, 2021) they don't take order after 11:40. Then right away, hung up on. Learn better customer service skills and stop lieing on your website. Which states, closing time to be midnight. This papa johns is the only one I've ever had a issue with. Fix it.

One of my go to places. Best dollar pizza in the area. It's usually hot but if it's not you can just ask them to heat it up. Pricing obviously is the best possible. Besides the dollar pizza there are a ton of options but I always get the dollar pizza. There is a good amount of seating. The tables aren't always clean. That's really the biggest problem from what I've seen.

I WISH THERE WAS A NEGATIVE RATING OPTION! I placed a last minute order b/c I had nothing to cook and been really studying for an exam. I couldn't afford to give a tip (for the first time ever) and was asked to leave one by the delivery guy who noticed there wasn't a tip listed on my bill. In my entire history of ordering from this franchise, I have tipped. However, there is a delivery fee, why should I have to pay both plus the cost of service? Never have I ever been asked to or felt force to leave a tip. I just didn't have the extra to give! This was unprofessional and never will I ever order for them again.

They delivered my pizza to the wrong address. The delivery driver went back to the place he delivered took the pizza and brought it here when i said i just want a refund because who would take that after it already went to the wrong place. He then lied about first delivering it to the wrong place and the person at the store called me a liar and refused to issue me a refund until i contacted customer support. He then called me back again to say he will give me my refund but still insisted i was lying. I have proof of everything im saying by the way. This isn’t the first time they have made mistakes and turned around to blame it on the customer. Smh. They also let me order an item they didn’t even have in stock then proceeded to offer me other things i didn’t want. That should’ve been my first warning.

Like Papa John's on Lawrence St between Fulton and Willoughby.Great pizza but the store needs to clean the tables and floors. Since they sell their slices for $1.00 they move the product out fast. Worst thing about store is kids from high school as well as colleges hang out there and start fights and trouble for the store. Police are called a lot. Once saw a rat caught behind garbage bin. Never seen bugs crawling in store though.
