The Patio Restaurant

I placed an order through the website and 15 minutes later I got a phone call from the restaurant telling me it would be 40 minutes late because they just started cooking the chicken. I called 40 minutes later and was told it was on its way. When I called again 1.5 hrs later, the phone was paused back and forth with someone telling me “I just got in and I don’t want to get blamed for this” then 3 people later the manager got on the phone and says “it’s too bad you need to call the site and they’ll give you a refund” when I asked why I wasn’t told this in the first call they gave me the manager responds by saying “I don’t have to explain myself to you I don’t need your money”. And then hung up. I’ve never had a more horrible service in my life and without reasoning. Such poor business practice, and now I’m not getting my money back since it was ordered through them directly. Be careful with ordering from this business they seem to lack an understanding of customer service and also want to take money without providing service.
