We have always love Bush's and have gotten great service. I am not sure what was going on there on the evening of 9/1/2020, but we will not be going back. There were 3 employees waiting on the drive thru customers. We were waiting patiently in line and they skipped our vehicle. We were alright with it because we thought maybe they had gotten confused as to which car they were on. So when they walked right past us 3 times without taking our order, my husband rolled down his window and asked if they were going to take our order, and they totally ignored us. We don't have any bumper stickers or anything offensive on our vehicle and we are good people, but we were treated like we had a disease. After waiting and watching cars drive off that arrived after us, we left. I have never had anyone treat me like that in my life - we will not be going back to this location to be mistreated and ignored.

Just came from the one in Bryan and the management was poor, we waited in line for 15 min it was not busy and the employees were standing there doing nothing. The manager took our order and was rude while taking it, my boyfriend asked if he could have a few more packets of hot sauce politely and she rolled her eyes and informed him he could just buy the bottle. Bad experience

I had never experienced Bush's chicken before today but I was pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh and tasty and the service was great! Spicy tenders would have been nice, overall a great dining experience!

My fav fried chicken place EVER! So grateful to still have one near College Station! The chicken is juicy & generous. Our whole family loves Bush's!!

I go here alot, most times I get really good chicken. Sometimes I feel like they could have done better. I also wish they didn't charge me for my extra sauces but I understand that it's policy! Love me some Bush's.

I wish so badly that I knew who helped me. But last night my boyfriend and I came here for dinner. I requested thighs specifically. They didn't have any ready and said it would be abt 15 minutes. I said no problem. It was taking a bit longer, I didn't mind or say anything, but the person who took my order (dark hair, a little bit older) came and said she was so sorry it was taking longer than she said. She comped my meal w/out asking, gave us two free chicken tender meal cards AND a free drink. She said she wanted to make up for the wait and us to know this wasn't usually the case. Which I know, I've been here a few times! That struck me as so kind, I had not uttered one complaint, she did all of this simply because she wanted to make it right. And it was yummy. Five stars!

Been here twice ....
I was disappointed the first and the second time around all becuase of the food.
I ordered the tenders on both visits,but I was not pleased.
No salt on the tenders and the fries were not cooked properly.😑
I though I could give it a second chance,but no😕

Had a 20pc chicken tender order. My fries were cold and stale with no salt. Chicken tender were horribly over cooked. The rolls were cooked really dark and kind of hard. Tried calling to see what could be done about this but no one ever answers the phone.
