Pizza Hut

Been ordering from this pizza hut location since about March. Every time I order, my food is ready within 10-15 minutes like it says it will be online. I dont know if it's because I've only done carry out from here but I've never received cold food or slow service. My food is always hot and the people on the inside are so nice! Also worth noting: I've only ordered from here at night time, never during the day so that's perhaps why I get so lucky.

I don't know why my husband and I keep ordering from here. Consistently incorrect with pick up times (by 20-30 minutes), and anytime it's delivered, the food is cold. It should not take you 40 minutes to make a pizza, especially when you told me it would be ready for pick up in 15 minutes. Shame on me for bringing my business back here. Only giving this location 2 stars because the staff is polite.

Was promised a credit for a free pizza that they have burned. Call back to get it re-ordered the associate and never put the Credit on there. The other associate that I talk to assured me that I had to get it approved by a manager none of the associates were able to give credits. She gave me a discount anyway which I appreciated but she seem kind of rude about it.

This particular location was horrible in terms of their customer service. The only reason that it's getting a 1 star from me is because it won't allow me to give it a zero!! I ordered a pizza over the phone at 7pm because I live in a new subdivision. I told them the location of where I lived, gave them my number to give to the driver so they could CALL ME WHENEVER THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY, because you're not able to pull up the street on google maps. 8:30pm comes around still no pizza or phone call!! So I call and they tell me that it's on the way. 8:50pm comes around and the driver calls me saying that she is back at the pizza hut location because she couldn't find the house because it doesn't show up on google maps!!!...SMH!! She offers to meet me somewhere but at this time I'm already heated, so I told her I would come pick it up! I then drive to the location to get the pizza, which is now 9:10pm (OVER 2 HOURS LATER!!) and none of them offered an apology. I didn't speak to a manager because it only would have made me even more angry. But I will NEVER get my pizza from this location again. And going through the other reviews and seeing the "RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER" of this establishment is only responding to customers that give good reviews just shows me why this location has such a crappy customer service!!

Online estimate said 90-108 minutes, got notified that the driver left at 110 minutes, i called at 140 minutes and asked were the driver was. The person told me they left at 110 minutes, i asked where their location was and she told me welborn (delivery was going to the msc) so I asked her why it was taking 30 minutes to travel a 4 minute drive (according to google maps). I told her we had been waiting for about 40 minutes over the estimate and she essentially told me that I was wrong and that the "in store estimate was 3 hours". I told her that the website told us under 2 hours and she basically told me I was wrong and didnt know what i was talking about. She never apologized or said "I'm sorry, but we are very busy". No, she just said I was wrong and that the wait time wasnt what we were told when we ordered instead it was an hour and a half longer. The driver ended up giving us a coupon for a free pizza which i have intentions of using in store and then proceeding to toss the pizza into the trash in the store. The pizza was cold, chewy and the cheese had started to harden when it finally arrived. The only good thing i have to say about this experience was that the driver was nice, but she didnt get a tip (she can thank managment or somebody for that)

This place was garbage. Order pizza, wings, pasta, and cheese sticks around 6:30 and didn’t arrive until 8:30, then we order 8 BONELESS Wings & Got 6 BONE-IN Wings. We also ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta and couldn’t even eat all of it cause most of the noodles were hard so we threw it away. Called to complain and get them to fix it and was talking to someone who wasn’t even at the actual location of the Pizza Hut and was told I’ll be transferred to the actual location and the line was busy. My wife was so frustrated by this time I didn’t even bother dealing with the situation no more, we just ate the pizza because that was the only thing we ordered that was half decent put together. We’ll never be getting “carry out” or “delivery” ever again! We’ll definitely go to a different Pizza Hut. The one star I HAVE to give is being generous.
