Four Seasons Diner

A great classic restaurant that I visit whenever I'm in Bryan. I've only had the breakfasts here, but they are guaranteed to please every time. This past visit I had the Eggs, Hash Browns, Corned Beef Hash and Toast breakfast. Everything was served piping hot, which is one of the most important things about a meal served in a restaurant. The food was spot on and couldn't have been better. Great job by the wait staff too!

Definately worth checking out! We met there tonight for a Jeep club meet and greet. Morgan was our server tonight and she did an amazing job! The table was set with silverware, straws and glasses of water when we arrived. She promptly took our drink orders and returned them to the table. Everyone's food was made to order was delicious. The restroom has been remodeled since our last visit and is beautiful and looks very clean and bright!

So the service was very good, the food however the grilled chicken was stringy when I tried to cut into it. I am pretty sure it's boiled thrown in the fridge or freezer then on the grill a minute on each side. Not the same as grilled! My husband had the meatloaf that is supposed to be made fresh daily. It was not made fresh it was heated in a microwave and served with gravy on top. The baked potato had been heated in the microwave and there was less than a half cup of potato after getting through the tough skin. We are usually happy with this place so disappointing! We also observed the owner repremand one of the wait staff over a couple of dollars on a bill, after we also saw her walking around picking up butters that were not used off the tables and handing them to one of the girls to put in the refrigerator to reuse!!
