To expensive to have to wait this long. Sorry. Average of 20 people waiting.
I Lowered my score one point for every 5 minutes wait. Hence the 1 star.

Speed and quality aren’t good enough to justify the high prices at this location. 20 minutes for poorly made drinks. Always out of promo items. Some of the staff are friendly but I can’t justify spending money at this location anymore. For $7 a cup you need to deliver a great experience and they don’t.

This location can get pretty busy since Starbucks and Tim Hortons are the only 2 coffee places in the mall. To avoid the line, use the mobile pickup on the Starbucks app. Quality of drinks are consistent and good. Friendly service.

The music blasting at the Galleria Starbucks kiosk is Terrible!
This is a place to have a drink relax and talk with a friend.
Not at this place, it’s so loud you can’t talk or relax. Concentrating on a book or computer is impossible!

I went into this location to get the bogo free . I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a while now with no problems. I usually have Mckeena take our order . She wasn’t there today and we got 4 drinks . All were bad , but 2 were undrinkable and I threw them out. There was no flavor and so much ice again undrinkable. I have to say I’m very disappointed. Last week I also got a drink that I threw out over drinking it. The man who took our order had long hair and a beard and was very snarky and rude. If it wasn’t for Mckeena I wouldn’t go to this location. Also the girls that were making the drinks and rolling there eyes. It felt hostile and unwelcoming. I hate to give a bad review but this was a terrible experience and I wasted my money.

Expensive but worth it! Use the app to get in and out. Otherwise very busy location. I only order a grande Green Tea Frapp with no regular syrup replace with 2 pumps of raspberry syrup instead and 2% milk. Thank me later!
