I have been to this particular store many times. Last Friday was my ONLY bad experience. I purchased Peace Tea, just peachy, flavored. I was very surprised when I was told the cost was $1.99 each. I heard them say they were .99 but when I asked, the girl behind the counter said they were
$1.99 each. Well, today I was at another 7-Eleven store, they were .75 each. Interesting to me. No worries, I'm sure I will not go to this 7-Eleven again.

Came back to this review two years later. The young man who works weekday mornings at 6-7am is always on his phone complaining about being at work. He has a terrible attitude and seems more interested in complaining about being at work than actually doing anything. It speaks volumes of whatever leadership is in place at this location that the blatant disdain their employees vocalize while working is acceptable. There are plenty of 711 in this city, so I will be sure to take the extra five minutes to drive to a different one.

There credit card machine is down more days than it works... Also they should have more than one employee working at night if they did so that would eliminate the need lock the store up and put a sign in the window saying "be back in ten" what a joke... However I would like the add the employees them self that I deal with are very polite and nice to deal with I just believe that it is the people higher up the ladder that don't care about this store! The employees themselves would get a 4/5 in my book!

This store has been absolutely horrible. It's always unkempy and often dirty. The coffee is never stocked and the cappuccino machine is never stocked or broken. The coolers are often non-functioning. I've been going to this 711 daily for 12 years. Since the old manager left for a better job about 2 years ago it has been absolutely terrible. I now go out of my way to go to other 711's for my coffee eveb though it adds time to my commute.

I usually do not have a problem here, but tonight I went in to just buy a few things and get some cash back. The drawer was opened and shut before I could ask for singles, only to be told they didn’t have it this late at night. One, I have worked overnight jobs and there should always be change unless someone is slacking. Two, with low amounts of cash back it is courteous to ask how they want it back or at least explain that you cannot do it with lower change. Because to me it just appears that you didn’t want to open the register up again. Safe to say this small infraction make not want to return.

1) Does not accept valid ID unless it's a driver's license, which doesn't follow NYS law. 2) Randomly doesn't accept cards 3) Have seen drunk employee

Worst 7-11 there is! Never anything in coolers or the coolers are broken down. Service is horrible, and unperfesional. Don't look for coffee it's usually out.
