Mcdonald's

I ordered a fish sandwich. It was so hard and dry I couldn't bite into it or even break it in half. I thought that they had a hold time and had to make fresh after so long. Well this Abbott rd lackawanna McDonald's obviously don't care about that. The dining room was dirty with fries all over the floor and not one clean table. The kids in the back were to busy laughing and talking to care about doing their job that they make at least $15. an hour to do. Done with this place 🤢

Thank you to the person who made my food and the blonde at the drive through that got my order exactly right and even remembered my sweet and sour sauce which has been forgotten many times at other locations. I think this one is "privately" owned. Had to wait about 10 minutes in line. 5 for the guy in front of me and about 5 for me but was well worth the wait for the freshest McDonald's there is. Thank you to the lady and the person In the back for showing up to work today. That's kind of hard to find these days. Just know us everyday hard working people who dont want to cook every day and just want or need something fast , regardless of the health haha, we appreciate you. We all know it's not the best job like a Doctor, but you are needed and I thank you. And if there wasnt 3 cars behind me and you were busy doing your job I would've taken the time to tell you myself. Maybe I will next time when I come back, because I will come back. You people are on par. Double thumbs up. I've also just read some other reviews. Good and bad. I feel like it's who is working there at the time as well. Also it's McDonald's. Like come on ha.

We had arrived around 11:40 in the drive thru. We had ordered 3 chicken nugget kids meals. We were asked to pull forward after another car as they had to make more nuggets. We waited 20 mins after being asked to pull forward. We thought they forgot about us as they had handled 10+ cars in the time we waited. My wife was just getting ready to go in as someone ran out with our food. I worked at McDonald’s 20 years ago and it took us 4 mins to drop nuggets. Things may have change since I worked there obviously. But waiting that long for nuggets is ridiculous. Total time in the drive thru was roughly 25 mins. I have had similar experiences before when ordering meals with the excuse that they have to make something then getting cold food at this location. However our food was not cold this time.

This was on 9-8-20 I had a mobile order for 2 hamburgers, The Travis Scott Burger and a large french fry. The fries were excellent at a great temperature to eat but they were thrown in the bag so they spilled in the bag before I even got them. The Travis Scott Burger was excellent as well but this McDonald's drop the ball with my 2 hamburgers because they were thrown together in the wrapper, the hamburgers were not even wrapped in the wrapper.
