Dunkin'

1st time in this location and last time! I placed 4 orders and had to cash out separately for each one of them. That was ridiculous because other Dunkin donuts don't do that. Then, I didn't like the way the "manager" spoke to the cashier who was new, on the mistakes he made in front of everyone. That manager, did not conduct herself appropriately and when I tried telling her I placed my orders correctly and paid. It wasn't my fault a certain item was not correct but she didn't care. And charged me again for it, which never would've happened anywhere else. Therefore, that will be my last time there. Lastly, I thanked the cashier that was reprimanded and said he was doing a good job.

We come all the way across the border for these donuts that’s how amazing they are. This place also has really good ice coffee. I would say it’s better than Tim Hortons. My only problem is the tables are never that clean when we go. Also just a heads up the later you arrive the less choice of donuts and munchies you will have.

Today I had the most horrible service in the drive thru window. This person with locks in his hair was and is disrespectful and extremely rude. Whatever customer service training he may have had he must of missed those days. Normally the service here is very good. If you see this person demand a different person to take your order.
