Yogen Fruz

Called the number screenshotted below before wasting gas and driving to get froyo. I called at 6:30pm and he tells me they’d be open til 7:30pm, maybe even 8pm. We get there at 7:15pm and the guy in the picture tells us they’re closed. When I asked him why he told me they close at 7:30-8pm on the phone he said it wasn’t him that was on the phone. And I saw that it was only him and this girl working there tonight. And I know it was a guys voice on the phone so this guy had to be the one who lied to me about being open tonight! This used to be a great establishment but now it’s a poorly run froyo place that needs to go and either be replaced with a better froyo spot or new better trained employees! How is it a Friday evening and you close this early? How do you lie to customers over the phone and then treat them poorly in store? God knows!

Always visit this place either for a yummy smoothie or frozen yogurt. Was in the mood for a yummy snack. They actually had a new flavor Pina Colada which I absolutely love Pina Colada everything. It's basically the pineapple yogurt with coconut flakes all over...it was absolutely delicious 🤤🤤 it most definitely hit the spot! My new favorite flavor. FYI they have 20% off smoothies between 10AM-2PM everyday.

By far the worst yogen fruz I've been to. The staff were rude and showed zero interest in customers. I asked for strawberry yogurt and the staff gave me mushy premade soft serve rather than making the yogurt as per any usual/ other yogen fruz. Surprisingly the other one we ordered was made like usual. However, the fruits used were old and overly ripe and the yogurt mixed with old flavours as the machine was not cleaned well. Truly dissapointing :-(

The pictures and menu are COMPLETELY different from what you're supposed to order. The guy behind the counter was extremely helpful, and guided us through, but it was frustrating because my entire family had already picked what we wanted, and we basically had to start over. Not a terrible inconvenience, but disappointing for young kids. The attendant was very nice, however, and the yogurt was delicious, so I only took off one star.
