How come BK and others are so expensive now?! Better to just buy ingredients from a grocery store and make your own x5 for the same price. Friendly fast helpful staff. Getting into BK parking lot is tricky off Hertel going east.

I ordered the Whopper and fries, the food was good, and it was hot. But the Whopper never looks like the one they show in the photo. The restaurant was very dirty. I had to eat out in the car anyway because of covid-19, so the dirt didn't jump up on me. While I ate.The taste of the fries and the Whopper were very satisfactory.

Okay, so I actually like BK for its fries. I think they are WAY better then the competitors. But we (myself, my husband, and my father) decided to try the impossible whopper yesterday. We were all pleasantly surprised. It tasted just like the real deal. (I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, I just wanted to try it out.) I think it's great because it gives more options for people who are vegetarians. It just depends on how strict they are and if they mind buying from a fast food burger chain. Anyway, like I said, ours were delicious and I was feeling too full to even eat my fries after eating almost a whole impossible whopper so my 5 year old happily ate those all when she got home from school. The location was clean and not too crowded. We got lots of questions from people about the burger wondering if It was good.

Friendly staff but the food tasted weird... the fries tasted like if it was left outside of the freezer for a day before cooking it and the chicken sandwich tasted weird too.

Waited way too long but thank you to the workers for staying open during rona. Also thank you to the workers who gave us medium fries instead of smalls because they felt bad for our wait. That really does mean a lot

This Burger King messed up my order pretty badly. Instead of two double bacon cheeseburgers, I only received one single bacon cheeseburger, and instead of a big king XL, I received one with a single patty. The food was fine, but it was kind of annoying to not receive even close to the right items.

Very polite. I love this location. I have a BK 2 minutes away from where I live but I rather take the 10 min drive to this location. I always have a huge order and they never mind. I expect to have to pull over and wait. But unlike other locations who tell me i must come in to order this location and only 1 other location never mind no problem. I love whoever the manager is at this location.
