I decided to go on this glorious day to get my free red Christmas disposable cup. There were a lot of people in the drive thru and a lot of people inside. But everyone was happy, the staff were festive. Sure I had to wait longer than normal for my mobile order, but they were really organized and the store was fun to look at while waiting. Good job!

The drink a Vanilla something or other, was 100 % amazing. The line 9f cars was ridiculously long and ridiculously SLOW. had to wait to even get in the parking lot. Sooooo we parked and my son went in and waited another 20 -30 minutes. Personally, I would have left. My 19 year old son was much more patient than I was sitting roasting in the car 😖😤

Absolutely the slowest Starbucks I’ve EVER been to. You better not be in a hurry if you need coffee for work. This is the second time I’ve gone and both times were terribly slow.

This remodeled Starbucks on Delaware and Kenmore Avenue does Not have any inside seating and you need a code to use the bathroom and no sink in the bathroom. They have a shared sink outside you have to use with other people.

There not serving inside today however I’m in a big truck and can’t go to the drive thru. I asked if they can serve me at the door they said “no, sorry”. First of all sorry doesn’t do nothing for me and second of all can’t someone think of a solution instead of telling me sorry there’s a problem. Like seriously you could have told me there was another Starbucks 1 min away in the target

The drive thru line is intimidating, but they move quickly. My orders are always correct and ready for me. And this location has the best baristas in Buffalo! This is my happy place!

Every time I go to this location to get a bag of coffee it rocks their world. It’s like they don’t sell coffee or something. Twice I went in to get a bag and was met with total annoyance, once it was on a high shelf and I just couldn’t reach it, the second time I needed it to be ground. I’m pretty sure grabbing a bag of coffee or throwing the beans in the grinder is easier than making most of their drinks so I just don’t get it. Today I ordered a bag to be ground on the app for a mobile order, when I got to the drive thru I told the person standing outside to get the orders my name and I was getting a mobile order. I waited almost 10 minutes in line, no big deal
I wasn’t in a rush but by the time I finally got to the window, they didn’t have it. The person had to look around to see it wasn’t fulfilled then go and grind it which took at least another 4-5 minutes. We love the coffee but I don’t understand the deal with this location, there is always plenty of workers.

I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso; what i received was one of the absolutely worst tasting beverages that I have ever purchased. Truly a let down.
