One of the few places open late, that's a plus. However they did not have one of the items I ordered, which I paid for online, so instead of letting me know and/or asking what we wanted for a replacement, OR refunding me, they simply wrote "no mozz". Wow. Thanks for that. In addition, online orders were supposed to go to the walk up window, whereupon we waited an additional 20 minutes to get our partial order. Not a good time.

I give 3 because the food itself is good and the one manager was nice and helpful but the other girls working there were completely rude, honestly seemed to me to be too stoned or out of it to be working. When you get the order wrong don't give me attitude when I correct you for what I'm PAYING for!

Terrible service at drive thru last night, the girl taking the order is very rude. Did not give me an opportunity to add onto my order and just told me to come to the window. She did not say no total or anything just “pull around” and then when I asked her if I can add on my order (I’m the only car in line to order on top of everything) she was busy in another conversation with a coworker and kept telling me she couldn’t hear me. I feel she was more interested in what whomever she was conversations with.) But the worst part of it is she now tells me I cannot finish placing my order and I would have to drive around and place a new order. When I told her she didn’t give me an opportunity to finish ordering. She again continued to say how she couldn’t hear me as she was looking away toward the person talking to her still. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Thankfully there is a lot of competition on that corner making it very easy to spend my money with your neighbor

I do doordash and this is the slowest restaurant I’ve been to in all the greater buffalo area, the employees don’t speak to you or tell you how long, you end up waiting in your car for a half hour every time you go there. The employees move like cold molasses and have no customer service.
On top they finally give me my customers order and they didn’t make his milkshakes and refused to make them because they had already started cleaning up to close at 230

Worst time ever. Ordered bacon and cheese on my mothercruncher. Paid for it. No bacon, cheese, or PICKLES.
Come on man, that is disappointing.
And sat in line for 20 minutes.

I have never in my life liked checkers, every time I eat here I get a nasty stomach bug that lasts days, but tonight oh boy tonight is the first time I have actually enjoyed checkers, line was short they moved quick but I asked for a large drink and they gave me a small, the food is absolutely delicious fry lovers burger and the mother cruncher are to die for, checkers you're doin something right, 8/10 definitely would eat there again.

The food here is pretty good. But the service is extremely slow most times. The people inside obviously don’t want to be there and work quick and efficiently which is ironic considering this is a “fast food” chain.

I am a Checkers Lover and order from them when I can find them when I am on the road (I am a truck driver). Today was a major disappointment. Placed my order in drive thru, asked if it was all there, they repeated the order to me, daughter passed the food out in my car, only to realize my Burford was missing. So I used the window, I was polite intially and mentioned they forgot my burger to which they said it was there and few are you sures so offered them to check my car ... 3 hots, my daughters chzbrg, mozzarella sticks and loaded fries is what we got.. NO EXAGGERATION 20 minutes for a missing burger they insisted I had..I don't have time to being making up stuff I have 2 younger kids in the car, school night, and still an 1hr and 5 minute drive home...ugh and after waiting I requested fresh fries since mine would naturally be cold not the loaded fries which was my orignal order cuz I wasn't out to take nothing but a hot meal which was also my 1st meal for the day. For some reason this was an unreasonable request in this mans eyes and at that point I did proceed to say at the window that, that was rude and inconsiderate after all that time that I had been waiting. I get mistakes happen but not be considerate to a mistake I didn't make and to not honor a simple request is crazy. To act like I was trying to take something I didn't pay for is crazy for me to have gone through the amount of time lost for that. I don't know about the others that represent this particular Checkers but this I hope isn't the best even over all good of the bunch or there is going to be a need for some serious damage control within the community. Very sad to see this is how this company I enjoy eating at is being presented by this location. (The man behind the lady is whom seemed to be the lead person)
