Worst place ever, lot of restrictions and rude service, ask for restroom the front office lady told, when you purchase only they would allow to use the restroom unless no purchase no restroom, hope would not pee while in the line to buy the food and go to restroom lol, I bought the food for $10 the lady came and opened the door, what a foolish strategy and the interested part finally got the burned chicken seems yesterday cooked, never ever go there , trust me... No customer service and bad food...

But this place needs better lighting in the drive through. At night with the area being a little rough can be very dangerous.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. the level of respect for customers is none. the employee's there are ghetto and disrespectful if they treat there customers this way imagine what they do with the food.whatever supervisor is doing the hiring there should be fired I would not be surprised if they are reading are reviews and laughing right now. If you want McDonald's drive past this location and take the extra time it takes to go to another location trust me not a good place.

I went into this place and bought 2 cheeseburgers and a coke then left. When I sipped my drink it was flat and my cheeseburgers tasted like they were stale. So I took the order back to get a refund which was given. However the manager refused to apologize for the trouble. I think that was rude.

Ordered a double quarter pounder w/cheese meal. Got it and opened the box that said double quarter pounder W/cheese and it contained a regular cheeseburger.
Got refunded, ordered again and opened the Double Quarter pounder w/cheese box and this time it had a regular single quarter pounder in it.
I called the manager and she told me me they had ran out of boxes so the people in the front dont no what is being ordered as if that is my fault.
Putting the right burger in a box shouldn't be brain surgery. People make mistakes but twice in a row like this is just bizarre. I will never order from here again.

Rudest service here by all of them. I was completely ignored and a young woman rolled her eyes at me when I asked to order. Another lady brought her entire family including 3 children behind the counter and into the kitchen area while I was waiting .... rude and unprofessional. Do not come here.

Worse place, think management should take this bad reviews more seriously …. I came to this place I was traveling and the only McDonalds closer to us was this location ,the employee didn’t want to take the order from the beginning than she throw the food on our car the lids of our coffee was opened my husband burned his hand …. I’d like the general manager or top supervisor get in Contact with me ASAP ….
This person on the picture should be fired!!!

McDonald’s is great, I love it, just not this specific location. If you prefer eating food and not disappointment and frustration, drive a little extra to another McDonald’s and avoid this store completely.
