One of our favorites is the Carmel Ribbon Crunch, with soy or almond milk 🤩
This store has a very nice manager, who is always ready to make sure your satisfied with your purchase. ☕️🧋🥤🍰🧁

Remodeled and then changed their operating hours. I used to exclusively come to this Starbucks on mid-afternoons during the weekend or in the early evening. Now it's no longer open at the times when I typically visit, so it might as well have stayed closed.
On the plus side, the remodel allowed me to discover the service at the Dunkin' across the street is fantastic, the food options there are much better, and it's cheaper. So 3 stars, because the recent location changes saved me some money.

Odd operating hours, closed before 3pm on a Saturday and its drive thru only. Plus when i did use the drive through they kept forgetting items on my order. So bizarre

If you were going to be closed on a day when your website says you’re open, your website should be changed. There must be a manager or an owner who has the pass code to go in and change it so patrons know that we cannot get our coffee at your business today. I’m on my way to work and cannot get to another Starbucks in time. It just would be considerate.

Long wait in line where they are more concerned with the drive threw. Also it’s cheaper to buy Starbucks coffee at the grocery store and brew it yourself, instead of waiting on a basement dweller how has more need to complain about things with their co-worker then serve a customer.

All I can say is WOW. I stopped by for the free holiday cup today, and it turns out everyone else had the same thought. The staff was excellent. They all communicated so well with one another, and while it may have taken a while to get my order, it was a pleasant experience. These baristas can HUSTLE!!!
