Pizza Hut

Horrible service! Just paid $40 for 2 small pizzas and an order of wings! I clearly ordered 2 small and he called it back to me as 2 small and after running my card for $38.94 he informs me I ordered medium pizzas. And did not even try to make it right. I run a pizza place and we do a hell of a lot better than this place.

I ordered our dinner on the app at 7:55pm, at 8:10pm I received a text that my order was out for delivery. The app said my order would be delivered by 8:30pm. By 9:10pm my food was still not delivered. I called the store 6 times to see if there was an issue but it just rang continuously and no one ever answered. At 9:15 we got in the car to go into town to physically go to the store and see what the issue was only for my daughter to text at 9:25pm saying they finally showed up. Needless to say we were exasperated and the food was not even warm by the time it was delivered. This is not the first issue with the terrible service here but a 1 1/2 hour service time is just ridiculous!

Stopped at this location on our way to Dallas but was very disappointed with the service. Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. Pizza was pretty standard but the cheese sticks were overcooked (burnt). First of all none of the servers bothered to come check on us throughout the meal but when I walked over to the the kitchen to report the issue, she told me that's the Pizza Hut's standard recipe and they have no control over it. 1. She didn't bother to walk to my table and check the order. 2. She didn't say sorry or showed any concerns of mistake. 3. Even when I told her I was disappointed in the service, she simply said OK.
