Quickly stopped in to grab a bite for lunch and was completely blown away about the quality of food here; the service was great as well. Not your typical brewery/pub quality fare as it's most certainly a notch above. Well done guys.

Our family recently hosted an event at the Big Rock Grill at a very emotional time in our lives. Following a reconnaissance visit for lunch, we decided that the atmosphere of this location was a perfect representation of the person we wished to honour. Markus and his staff facilitated our vision for the event , focussing upon our requests and making suggestions to accommodate our desired menu, beverage service and event set-up to provide the best experience for family, guests and grill staff. Markus took everything into consideration, including music, slide show presentation, table arrangement and our well-being. The buffet was delicious and well laid out, the staff available yet unobtrusive and the ambience exactly the peaceful place that we wished for. We truly felt listened to and not pressured in planning the event . Our guests left with positive comments about the food, service and facility. Thank you to Markus, Harry and the staff of Big Rock Grill.

Doesn't feel like your in the industrial area of Calgary. Great atmosphere and the food was fantastic. Had the wiener schnitzel And of course good beer.

Awesome European style food, and of course great beer (and some ciders if you're into that).
We tried the tortiere, turducken burger and bratwurst, and they were all great. A touch on the pricey side, but well worth it.
