Food was very delicious and the service was quick! The sticky toffee pudding was quite dry and the pumpkin cheesecake was not what I was expecting (it was a little disappointing). I’m aware that the province has lifted the mask mandate but none of the staff or chefs were wearing masks accept for one individual. The chairs are a tad bit uncomfortable to sit in but other than that it’s a decent place in downtown Calgary with great food!

A review for those seeking a plant based/vegan diet. Great 3 course meal. Went there for a work function and notified the staff ahead of time of our diet preferences. Staff was very accommodating and we were very pleased with the food.

One of the best dinner experiences in recent memory…our table of 4 took 3 hours to dine on most of the menu and exceptional wine and the best Manhattan I’ve ever had. Our French server (name forgotten, way to much wine was consumed) made the entire experience what it was, this night will linger for many weeks to come

Good reviews, first stop in Calgary. Unfortunately service was slow even though we were very patient. Food was disappointing. My entree was cold, dry patty and cold cheese. Salad was described as a garden salad (I confirmed with waiter it was a garden salad not the smaller version of the entree kale salad) but it was all kale.

I ordered a meat an cheese platter. The meat amount was great !! Yet only 1 bit of cheese, few carrots sticks and some olives. Was not what I expected for the price, was delivered by skip the dishes. I won't go back again for those prices and smallish portions except the meat.

Ended my last night in Calgary with a meal fit for a king. That charcuterie board with pigs head mortadella was exceptionally tasty. The prime rib was very flavorful and the cheesecake was delightful. The foodie in me was quite pleased.

Charcut is by far my fave lunch spot downtown. The prime rib sandwich is the best beef dip I have EVER had. I won't entertain any other menu item. Prices are spot on for lunch and so amazing. The grainy mustard gives a nice texture to the sandwich. I highly recommend lunch at charcut.
