Like belly filling salads? Full of FRESH ingredients and tasty? Look no further! I like a big meal at supper and I could barely finish my salad! My wife introduced me to this restaurant. Tonite I had the Farmhouse Cobb with roasted chicken. There were huge pieces of white chicken, cooked perfectly. Bacon bits were pieces, delicious and the leafy items were fresh and crisp. Tomatoes, corn and a cooked/sliced egg filled it in. Totally awesome, you watch them make YOUR customized salad! Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing. I had a bit of sticker shock when I first ordered here because the price of the juice wasn’t listed and I was not paying attention so my bill for a juice and salad ended up being over $30.00. But I really wanted to try Stoke juice and actually, it was worth the $10.00. I The salads on their own are reasonably priced and the quality is outstanding. The ingredients are so fresh and flavourful. There is definitely a lot of care and attention put into the selection. Truly one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to eat here again.

First visit....Good fresh food but disappointed in the cost, way too expensive at $20 for the same portion I can get at chopped leaf! And the portion of cheese I ordered was a few shredded strands and the pita chips totalled 3 very small triangles! Green goddess dressing very good. I also asked if I could have a loyalty card as I would probably be going back but was told that's only for drinks....I won't be going back. Overall disappointed!

Great location, place is nice and bright. Lots of seating, but busy. Well organized and efficient service. I like their system, you order your food, find a table ( if there is any), they call you when your food is ready and you pay. You order your drinks separately and get your own cutlery. We all liked the food as it's healthy and local. They have many choices. Pleasant staff. I would go again but when it's less busy.
