The best customer service i ever experienced in campus! Beside amazing coffee and bakery, their hospitality is a top notch. Their coffee latte and marshmallow latte are my fav and I always get a hot latte before my exam ( just want something good to calm my anxiety) Today, I had some problem wt my samsung pay and I also forgot my wallet. It took me a while to set up my card on the phone, and the owner and staff are so nice. I was little panic since I couldn't fix the problem for a while, but She said it was on the house. She smiled and was understanding. Later on, even I insisted to pay for it ( after fix my samsung wallet), she still didn't let me to do that. I never experienced anything like this on the campus before. You and your staff are just so sweet, and wonderful!!! I definitely will come back more regular for the coffee. Thank you so much!
