It was amazing experience here. Drinks are food were delicious. We orders the veggie pizza and the new Parmesan fries are must try. Also there is new drinks on the menu which are worthy as well. Overall a very good experience, highly recommended.

Dined at Boston Pizza Crossiron this evening. I have to say the food was exactly the same as every other Boston Pizza. Well done Mr. Treleving!
Our server Gracie was phenomenal. Outgoing, happy and efficient despite seeming to be left all on her own by her manager. One server for the entire lounge that was 80% full including a large table of what seemed like staff heading for the stampede. Gracie… you’re awesome. Management needs to do better to support their employees.

We hadn't been to this location, so we wanted to see what it was like. We were greeted by 5 friendly faces as we walked in. Jaya was our server. She did a fantastic job of making sure we were well taken care of. Jaya was professional, friendly, personable, and vivacious. She made sure our food and drinks were to our satisfaction, and checked in on us, on a regular basis, to see if we required anything else. Everything was delicious!

My family enjoyed an early dinner at Boston Pizza CrossIron. We had a wonderful experience, greeters at the door were quick to seat us and very polite. Our server Quinn T was also fantastic. She was very prompt with bringing beverages and refills. She was also very friendly and recommended desserts. Food quality was also very good. Family had a very nice, enjoyable dinner. Thank you for the experience Boston Pizza team at CrossIron Mills!

Went to Boston pizza with the family, they were quick to seat us and brought a baby chair for our littlest one.
Our waitress Kaitlyn was such a pleasure, she was great with our kids and was always on top of brining the drinks or tending to our needs.
Even the manager Alex stopped by to check on us a gave pleasant table side talk.
What an amazing experience with great food, great service and the great Boston pizza experience you’d expect.
10/10!!

Absolutely outstanding service! Are hosts new was Chloe and was lovely, she got us anything we needed with a smile on her face! (Don’t see that too much anymore) the food was impeccable. 10/10 would eat here again!

My husband and I stopped in here after a busy day and we were both pleasantly surprised. Service was quick and efficient. We ordered a large half and half pizza, and this Jalapeno popper dip which was freaking amazing with a nice little kick to it. Definitely going back.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Brooke is the best server I’ve ever had. She was super accommodating for requests such as moving me to a less busy area because I have a fear of germs. She was extremely friendly, and always checked in to see how the food was, and to refill my drink. Food tasted great, and the price was reasonable.

Burgers we’re good, service was ok, the host at the door is not that welcoming and when I asked to sit on another table he said it’s not clean. I told him we can wait for it to be cleaned and he seemed not happy by our suggestion as he just wanted to rush us to be seated to the closest table by the door
