Nuggets cold, bread stale and cracking, horrible food even for BK. The very least you can expect from a fast food joint is HOT and cooked to order - the product turnover here is apparently so bad they need to serve day old buns. I only came in because I was in a hurry, I'll be returning to try to get my 10 dollars back and then NEVER AGAIN

This BK is absolute a**! I'm a fool because I kept going back after this 3rd time. They put shredded cheese instead of sliced cheese, they'll forget something from your order 100% of the time. That's what happens when a bunch of kids and dead beats run the place.

My boyfriend went here two hours before they closed (it says online they close at midnight) and it seemed like they were closing. He got the spicy chicken sandwich and asked for it to be plain with mayo. The breading was burnt and there was no mayo. The fries weren't hot and the second burger was cold. We are at a hotel so unfortunately we don't have a microwave and it seemed like the workers were just trying to get him out to close.

Last couple of trips, food has been luke warm, which means it was pre-made and sitting.

I got a chicken sandwich for my daughter and it was so old it was rock hard ... No exaggeration... Absolutely unedible... and nobody picked up when I called to see if I could replace it.. she loves that place (I don't know why), so she was so upset.

Bad quality, order was incorrect and only one person working. The bread, bacon meat and veggies on the burgers felt and tasted old. My kids would even eat it. I didn't get cheese on my burger, didn't get onion rings for my wife's meal. The one person working there asked me to NOT pull forward because she didn't want the wait time to start and increase her wait time for the day, I think that is a management issue, how is only one person working?

Went through the drive thru.. seen a new spicy whopper on your MENU. The guy insists it’s not available and couldn’t order it. Then take it off your menu!
Also can’t call because the number on google says it’s been disconnected. Hmmm
Looks like I won’t be returning.
