Wasn't bad until they started spraying ceiling tiles while people were trying to eat.. some peoples common sense amazes me.

Food was decently priced. Just had to wait about 15 minutes for my fries without even being notified of this. I thought they forgot about me. No periodic check; no complementary nothing; no discounted or free item(s) because of this wait....all in all management needs to work on food preperation and most of all COSTUMER SERVICE with their employees........and YES, I WILL GET IT MY WAY......

The kids are too busy worrying about some pretend animal ears on their head and flirting with each other that they can't even get a simple order correct. Definitely need to drop their pay if they can't do their job. Do better managers. They messed up our burgers and when they gave us the correct burgers, they forgot our fries. When we reminded them they just handed the fries to my husband without a bag or anything. Seriously.

When buying burger today around 1545 ..sign on drive tru order said exact change or card un less your okay loosing the coins my order was 10.76 I gave girl 30. Told her I was okay losing the 24 cent she said her bosse told to keep all of the money if wasn't exact change so I took my 20 back and paid with a deal it card..I fer
El like this is a rip off does your restaurant have rob people like that to make koney....I won't be back I will however put in a complaint with the n.m attorney General

Employees smoking outside walked right back in and went to work without washing hands, dude that took my order was rubbing on his face and scratching his armpits under his shirt with very long fingernails. I almost threw up.

Wonderful experience at BK Carlsbad. Fast and courteous service even with two lines going. Order correct and food hot. Love the Impossible Whopper. Allows vegetarians to enjoy BK.
