Overall, our visit was pleasant. Our waitress was very nice and attentive though she was the only one. The only thing I didn't like is everything came out at one time. We didn't have time to enjoy our appetizers before the pizzas were there. Again, it was pleasant and the food was good. Timing of food delivery and more wait staff would nice though.

The staff was pretty great. They only had one server working the whole dining room during lunch and she really did her best and was very pleasant and friendly. Pizza Hut has stripped their menu bare. It's definitely not even a shadow of the place we all know and loved from our youth that's for sure. Everything that was wrong was a regional/ corporate issue. Everybody that was right was 100% the credit of the crew working that day.

Ate inside and food was pretty good overall. Noticed they were out of several things but overall good experience and attentive waitress. Breadsticks with cheese are always yummy.

12 wings which they laid on the sauce … over half didn’t have any sauce
Ordered the Cinnabon rolls they sent me half cooked cinnamon sticks
The personal pan was ok at least just a ton of sauce
But $40 for that????? Ridiculous

PizzaPizza Hut in Kanawha City has the most pleasant employees there and their food has never disappointed me yet, it's always a ordered and fresh and hot.

My order was placed and paid for through the online application. I received a phone call approximately 10 minutes later. The worker told me they were completely out of the pizza I requested (big dinner box). I asked if I could have the pizzas replaced with a different style of pizza. She told me I could not. I had to order a different pizza. I ended up getting HALF the amount of food for the same price. I asked if there were any coupons or anything that could help with the cost considering I was only getting 2 pizzas and an order of cheese sticks for over $40.00! The price was absolutely ridiculous. I could have easily gotten 2 pizzas and cheese sticks for a fraction of the price at a different pizza location. I will not go back unless something changes.

I got a large pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and an order of cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls are one of the tastiest pastries you can find. The pizza was a little dry. I would call it average in taste. My wife commented that there are better pizzas available.

Pizza was good service was horrible. Server kept complaining about being only server. And not once did she ask if we needed refill or if every thing was fine.
