Pizza N Pasta

Guy talked really fast, made my order and he said take out only, I paused because I didn't hear him say that before and said ok and then he hangs up on me. Call back to make my order again and he said he wasn't taking my order that I must be high. Disrespectful little brat. I recommend going anywhere but there plus over 30$ for a large and medium pizza. I will drive to anywhere buy there for sure.

Friendly service and the pizza is good. Definitely better than a chain pizza place. Maybe it’s not five star pizza in Chicago or even Minneapolis, but the staff (owner? manager?) seems passionate about pizza and I sure am glad it’s available around me. Not deserving of the negative reviews here, in my opinion.

They know how to make pizza. Unfortunately they have no idea how to run a business. It has been that way for the 20 years I've been around but they are still open so it must be working. They have reduced themselves to carry out only. They are unable or unwilling to hire drivers. However, my order is always correct and on point. I have never had a complaint about the quality of food.

Had large pepperoni pizza very little cheese an not kidding 8 peices of pepperoni on pizza. I would have been better off getting a Jacks pizza. I called an very rude man answered. I think owner. Food was cold sauce tasted cheap an you could see sauce through the cheese very thin. I saw review looked good? Have been told that was a family member of his. I ordered from place he gave bad review to an found complete opposite. Its nowounder this place is not open like it use to be!!! Will never go back!! An I gave 1 star just so I can put this down. If I could do -5 star they would have gotten!!

Rude customer service is the best way to lose customers. I had been ordering their pizza for a few years. One time my wife calls in an order in with an unknowingly expired coupon and the manager belittles her on the phone. I called back to express my feelings about his choice of words and cancel the pizza. We will never order from there again. That type of customer service is unacceptable.
