[UPDATE] 2nd review after a couple of visits - I recently visited 11'o Cafe and I have to say, it was a delightful experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from the owner, Mr. Ananth. I was surprised that he recollected my previous visit which was almost a year ago. Goes to show how much he and his team values their customer. His hospitality was exceptional, and that is quite a rare sight in the food industry today, especially in one of the happening spots of OMR, Chennai. The cappuccino I ordered was simply amazing (not surprisingly), with a perfect balance of aroma and flavour. What's even better is that the price was reasonable, which makes it an even sweeter deal. Mr. Ananth surprised me with a complimentary veg sandwich to take away for my family and I was thoroughly impressed by his generosity and kind gesture. The sandwich he offered is easily the highlight of the menu and I will explore a few more in my forthcoming visits. Overall, I highly recommend 11'o Cafe to someone wanting a quick bite of sandwich, pizza, fries and nuggets and some quality drink - hot or cold to go with it. With amazing coffee, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality from Mr. Ananth, it's an experience you don't want to miss. I give it a 5-star rating and will definitely be returning soon. --------- 1st review - A decent ambience to have your favourite choice of coffee in the busy OMR road. Can be a good spot to catch up with friends. Very similar to a coffee day experience. The coffee itself was aromatic and creamy. Haven't had such comforting cappuccino in many shops in Chennai for a reasonable price. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking an aromatic coffee with a coffee day experience in OMR
