Starbucks

Every time I go this Starbucks, whether it’s in the morning, afternoon or night, the service is amazing! Every person on the staff is super friendly which is always appreciated. I go there a lot since I work at the mall but everyone there is really cool and they know my order without even having to ask me which is pretty cool! I wish I knew a few more of their names, but overall it’s a great place to go.

I’m the type of person that leaves good reviews and have never left a bad review, but today took me over the edge. Old woman (I’m assuming manager?) treated me like absolute garbage because I didn’t hear her. WORST service I’ve ever gotten from any Starbucks. When I did hear her, I went up to the window and she was very rude, when asking questions, and rolled her eyes at me the entire time she was talking to me. I was a manager before at an actual restaurant and I have NEVER treated a customer like that, not an angry customer and MOST DEFINITELY NOT a customer that has done nothing wrong. I understand if you’re having a bad day, but honestly, treat your customers with some respect. Check those issues at the door or stay away from the customers. Absolutely ridiculous. Ruined my entire day and I will never be back. I also do not recommend anyone go to this store, especially if you’re having a bad time/emotional that day. You’ll leave there worse off.

This Starbucks might be the worst one I have ever been to! It's really hard to find. It’s really small. There is only 1 person making the drinks. When I went there they only had two people working at that Starbucks. The drinks are awesome. At Starbucks you have to pay 25 cents for 1 cup. And the water is tap water. I would not recommend this Starbucks.
