My Love and I really enjoyed every part of our Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse experience on 12/02/23. Our waiter Anthony K and his team were wonderful. Anthony allowed us to go hand pick our Air Jordan Cake in the walk in freezer.. Super Cool 😎. Steaks were delicious my love had the A5 Japanese Wagyu and I had the Hatchet.. If you're looking for a great romantic dinner Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse is it 100%.. Thank you again Anthony K and team for making our night amazing ✊🏾

This place was so enjoyable to go to. The drinks were good, the food was tastey, and all of the staff were just amazing!!! We had Peter as our primary server and he was hilarious and kept perfect timing the entire meal. The price is high, but the food is delicious and the experience is amazing.

Our servers Robert and Larry were the best I have ever experienced in my entire life! They made our dinner exquisite. The food and drinks were incredible as well!

If I could give this place 10 STARS.... I would! An EXPERIENCE like none other! From the moment you walk in the door, use the restroom, eat, visit the Cigar Bar to leaving is totally indescribable! We expected the best, but we got BETTER THAN THE BEST! The food was great and the drinks were amazing, the staff was amazing! And the Managers were more foot soldiers than the staff, speaking, helping patrons, talking, making drinks, cooking, seating tables. Never seen anything like this before and I've seen a lot! It will definitely be my go to place when I come back to Cincinnati. You miss this while here, you are definitely missing what will make your trip extra special. Prices are worth it! By the way the waiter Dom is who you want, BE sure to tell Charlie, that Flowers sent you! He has a treat for you!

Had a ladies night at Jeff Ruby’s, and I was so impressed by the service and the food. Our waitress was so sweet and knowledgeable, we were treated like Queens. The food was amazing, I got the salmon and sushi and I’m still thinking about it. Can’t wait to return. And the espresso martini was fabulous. Thanks for a great time.

Fantastic dining experience at Jeff Ruby! Everything from the service, to the ambiance, to the food was top notch. Dom provided great service and recommendations throughout the night. We had the crab cake, which was fantastic and would compete with a crab cake from a coastal location, very fresh. The A5 Wagyu filet, although expensive, was worth every penny. That was easily one of the most tender and flavorful steaks I’ve ever had. The perfect preparation by the Jeff Ruby team perfectly highlights the cut of meat. Highly recommend Jeff Ruby for a great dining experience, we will be back!

Wonderful experience! From the staff to the food to the overall service and quality of our time there, it was truly a great time. Our waiter’s name was Tony and he was magnificent. Everyone was very polite and personable. It was my birthday, so I got the Ruby Vuitton cake. I just love everything about Jeff Rubys! I’ve been to the precinct a few times, but this was my first time at the downtown location and it did not disappoint! Thank you to the entire staff for being so kind, and so welcoming, and providing us with a Great experience!

We had a private room for my Husband's 60th Birthday; Maggie Rixson in sales is awesome, she helped plan this event from the beginning until the end. On the day of, Jordan and his team went all out to make this event a family-like atmosphere. They were on point with everything; they continued to ask if there was anything else we needed and how is the food, but they weren't overbearing at all. We had a cameo on the screen. They stepped in quickly to help, but the food was prepared with love and seasoned to perfection. We had 20 quest and there were no complaints, compliments only. I advise everyone to try Jeff Ruby's Steak House.

10/10 RECOMMEND! The atmosphere, the service, the food everything was top notch! Our server Jorge was amazing! We dined for my fiancés birthday & it was definitely an experience we’ll never forget. We went for the Air Ruby cake which was honestly the BEST cake we’ve ever had. But everything else was amazing as well. I ordered the Salmon & it was chefs kiss! My fiancé got the NY strip & she said it was the best steak she’s ever had. We ordered mashed potato’s & macaroni as our sides & they both were so rich with flavor. I wish we could have tried more food but we were so full!

Jorge, my server the night I dined in with my husband on my birthday on 9/13/2023 made me feel like the most important client that night. He as well as the other staff members truly make the atmosphere of Jeff Ruby’s really come together. We were even greater by the manager to ensure our experience was top notch. He made sure we ordered the best items on the menu and explained everything, answering any questions I may have had. As well as speaking Spanish with my bilingual husband. There was another guy that served us our Jordan Ruby Cake and was above and beyond with presentation. It was truly a magical experience and really worth the penny if you want top of the line service and food. Thank you to Jeff Ruby’s and their fantastic team for making my birthday memorable.
