Tonight the wife & I tried this place for the first time. It was a very busy from the over hour and a half wait to get our food. The server Perry was the best, as it wasn't his fault for the inconvenience. The other servers all had smiles and were very attentive to their stations. After a while the manager comes out to apologize and comps damn near everyones meal in our section. My wife and I had not really noticed the wait because of Perry. The man was so nice and attentive to us. I hope that the other people in our section tipped the staff accordingly, seeing as they had no fault in the situation. So if you have the time & $$, go check them out. The meal really was worth waiting for.

The food here is wonderful. I was a little disappointed in the service, as I expected more when the prices are comparable to Jeff Ruby, restaurants. I had a really special evening planned for both of my pregnant daughters and I was just a little let down. I did not get a refill on my drink the entire two hours I was there. we had to ask for steak knives. these are details that a Jeff Ruby experience would not have missed. When attempting to compete with a fine steakhouse with those prices… You have to do better. I’m not sure if they were shortstaffed or just really busy… But I did not see my waiter for nearly an hour. I did see him check on other tables, however, and could not get his attention. I definitely expected better when it comes to that, maybe he was having a bad day. The food is excellent however… Unfortunately, based on my experience… I would have rather kept my Jeff Ruby reservation that I canceled in place of this reservation to try some new.

Great food, impeccable service and great atmosphere. We celebrated our 6 year anniversary here and was not disappointed. The cocktails are delicious, definitely go with the server recommendations. Their oysters did not disappoint and their lamb was cooked perfectly at medium rare. Our server got us creme brulee on the house and it was delicious.

Relaxing atmosphere, our server Zach took the time to explain different menu items to us and made us feel welcome and did an amazing job. We tried the Filet Mignon Potstickers, Filet Mignon, Bison Ribeye, Tempura Green Beans, Mac n Cheese, and for celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday they brought him out a crème brûlée, it was all amazing!

Came here a few weeks back for a meal as we had gift cards from a birthday. To start the parking is amazing. That’s a huge plus. We were seated and Jo was our server. Jo was the most amazing sever we ever had in our life. Super nice and considerate. Spoken well and full explained everything. We ordered the pot stickers for an appetizer. They were amazing. The Caesar salad was the best we ever had. My wife ordered the NEW ORLEANS MIXED GRILL The shrimp were good. The sausage was super flavorful the steak was ok. For a filet, it’s just lacked flavor. Don’t know if the meat was old or how it was cooked just not what we expected. I ordered LEMON-DIJON CHICKEN It was a breast that was bone in. The menu advertised it as “breast” I ate it but felt I was at KFC not a nice restaurant. Overall the place is awesome just a few things that prevented the overall excellent experience. Will we be back I am not sure. If this place is convenient, go to it. So many nice things. Enjoy.

We went to the Louisville location on our honeymoon, we have revisited a few times. We just visited for our 10 year anniversary. They was busy with a super large business group. We was just enjoying our time and in no hurry. Somehow our order got mixed up and caught before even hitting our table. They said it would be a minute, they offered us soup/salad while we waited. Then the manager came by and gave us desserts. This is above and beyond. This is why we continue to choose Eddie Merlot

My wife and I needed a quiet date night to just relax and enjoy. She ordered the ribeye and I ordered the wagyu steak. Menu items were all ala carte and a little pricey but definitely not for the quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and even brought carrot cake home for dessert. The carrot cake was dessert for 3 nights btw.

A huge >250 seat modern facility with a separate bar area. Ambience excellent. The main dining area was dimly lit compared to the bar area which was full of windows and well lit. Your choice where you sit. As usual Women's toilet is on the right as they always right. Men's in on the left as they are always left behind. King Crab & Corn Bisque was excellent. Filet Mignon done rare was also good. The Spiced Cherry Mule was nether spicy nor did it have any alcohol. It came in a fancy mug. Crème Brûlée was good.
