Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We called to see how the wait was looking at the time and were told there was none. We arrived and discovered they had a mob of people that managed to slither in somehow within the 12 minutes it took us to drive there. Even still, we only waited for 8 minutes of a 10 minute quote time to be sat. We had a new server, Dakota. She ensured we had our drinks, bread, salad, and soup quite quickly. She openly informed us that the lump of people who all arrived at once (that we indeed witnessed) had stressed staff for a moment but that she was going to make sure everything was taken care of for us. She set up our expectations appropriately for the rest of the meal and was quite attentive to refills, needs, and suggestive selling/refreshing of bread or soup. She was indeed a bit flustered, as it was the first dinner shift, so all that considered... She will be an absolute asset to your staff. She did wonderful. We visit semi frequently, and have never left angry. Good food, good service, great staff. You run a great operation here, and the surrounding area seems to know that based off how busy you guys appear to get on weekends. Thanks for another great dinner service, Dakota and Olive Garden. We'll be coming back for the foreseeable future.

Dinner for 4 on a Sunday. We arrived @2 after the lunch crowd and before dinner. Everyone enjoyed their food. I had shrimp scampi it was heavy on the basil. I couldn't taste the garlic. My husband had the Italian platter and commented that he didn't think the lasagna was fresh as it was dry around the edges . Too full to eat dessert although I was tempted to order the tiramisu. Wait service was good with a fairly full dining area although slow in drink refills. Saw Lots of carry out while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive.

I went here with a large family group for a birthday. The wait staff was courteous and prompt. The food was good. It is as expected for a chain restaurant. The one downfall was another large party with seated at the table next to us and was very close making it both physically a bit crowded and noisy making it hard to hear conversations our own table.

We dined at Olive Garden tonight to celebrate my birthday as a family. We had the best experience we’ve had in a long time dining out. Our server, Eli J, was amazing! He was attentive, friendly and provided excellent service. The food was wonderful! We had a great dinner this evening. Plan to visit again now.
