I like the sandwiches but since my diet needs changed I need to eat without the bun & condiments. They offer lettuce wrap but what I got was not what I would consider that. It just looks like the normal amount of lettuce, not enough to pick it up. Lucky I took it home so I had a plate & utensils.

Great food and quick service. The bacon brisket burger tasted absolutely delicious, the brisket was cooked right and the ingredients tasted fresh. Prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly.

Customer Service and Food is awesome. My husband had the scorching Nashville hot crispy chicken sandwich and he loved it. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. I liked it, but the best of the best were those smashin fries. I don't know what seasonings they used, but it was wonderful.....

Fresh friendly and fast! Will return! Need better bags and seal stickers for DD orders. It would be a better experience for the driver and the customer. The current bags crumble and the sandwiches and fries get cold easier with these cheap bags. Invest in heavier bags like Panera or Chipotle. The staff is nice just get better packaging if you want repeat DD orders.

Good food very fast! The staff is very, very nice. The restaurant was very clean and orderly but the bathrooms were a hot mess lol. The portions are also quite small and the guy working there took my food before I was actually done with it. But overall, I liked it.

Best burger I've had in a long time, bacon cheeseburger with fried egg. Loved the smash fries also. Not big on the shakes, taste like a frozen chocolate milk for $6.00!

Ok so this is a story about service. I always enjoy my time at Smashburger, my food was great this visit as it always is and so was the service. I feel as though this locations service is underrated. It was close to closing time when I went and my wife ordered a Peanut butter milk shake. After my wife, friends and I had ordered we hung around a little bit and I tasted my wife's milk shake. It was so good that I decided I wanted one and I don't like milkshakes to begin with. Well had it not been for my wife asking if I was going to make the poor woman use the shake machine again after she had already cleaned it, I would not have known that she cleaned it and put everything away because, without hesitation she began the process of making the milkshake. She hadn't gotten anything dirty yet so I told her I wouldn't be getting a milkshake since she had just cleaned the machine. But she was about to serve it without an ounce of outward hesitation.

Service was great. Except there was to be NO KETCHUP on my burger and guess what was on my burger! I didn't say anything because I'm diabetic and really needed to eat right away. But I will still go back to eat there. Before I couldn't eat there because the burgers were just to big,and I would have to throw half of it away. No I don't have to waste food.
