New England Grinders

This is THE BEST sandwich shop in the area. Hands down. Forget Subway, Firehouse, or wherever, just go here. Its a hole-in-the-wall, blink-and-youll-miss-it place, but those are always the best places, arent they? Seriously, get here and have THE BEST SANDWICH anywhere. My only complaint is the hours. Guys, open on the weekends so I can come in more often!

Not a chain sub shop... This was a cool place for lunch. The restaurant itself was nothing fancy, but They have a unique menu of subs - I had the balboa sub, which is a combination of a cheese steak and an Italian sub. I really enjoyed the sub, and I had the potato salad as the side, which was really good. I would stop back again when I'm in the area.

Amazing place, amazing food. Had a customer tell me about this amazing place down the street with food you won't find anywhere. So I figured I'd stop by and find out for myself, and it's better than I could have imagined. If you haven't stopped by this place you deserve to treat yourself to a great meal.

I’m hesitant to write this review because I want this hidden gem to myself. I got the Balboa 10inch. Wow. Best sub I’ve ever had. I was wondering where the name came from because Rocky is my favorite movie. I get it now it’s a Philly cheesesteak wrapped in Italian meats. They put a lot of high quality meat and cheese on their subs. I was full with half the sub but couldn’t stop eating it so I finished it. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Place was busy and from order to leaving was 10 minutes or less. Great subs!

Stopped in for a late lunch before they closed at 4. Service was great employees were very friendly Had the gyro grinder the tezeki sauce was amazing along with the Bbq chicken and bacon grinder with a side of potato skins . We will be back wish you were open on the weekend but I understand you are in the business district not much traffic on the weekend.
