I was there on a Thursday mid-afternoon. No line @ the walk up window. The drive thru was steady. Ice cream is great! 041223 was there about 2 pm, no walk up line, service was fast, ice cream was good, drive thru was steady again. 081923 warm day, pretty good crowd! There was a bit of a wait, nothing too bad, just be patient, both walk up windows were open. The girls did a great job, thank you!

Mt Healthy Diary Bar has some of the best soft serve ice cream I’ve ever had. They also offer hot dogs, nachos and other food items but the milkshakes and ice cream are the reasons to visit. They have a drive through and a fair amount of outdoor seating. They only accept cash.

Was in the area for the first time. Saw this place and decided to try it for lunch. Had a footlong hotdog and root beer float. Service was both fast and friendly. Support the small mom/pop style places instead of big chain types

This place is really good for ice cream and smoothies. They also have a wonderful selection to choose from. They give you a good amount for the money which is nice if you're really wanting to curb your sweet tooth ☺️. They have hamburgers and hotdogs too. Hotdog I ordered was just okay though. Nothing to brag about really. Everything else was great. Very friendly staff. A HEADS UP....ITS CASH ONLY! Be sure to bring cash if you're interested in visiting here. Lots of outdoor seating for you if you want to sit and eat. No indoor seating. Drive through available if you don't want to walk up to the window to order.

Definitely the best soft serve ice cream in Cincinnati. Vanilla and chocolate flavors are really good. And they always give you large servings, larger than any soft served ice cream place I've been to. Always got to get a kiddy cone for my dogs.

Great classic ice cream shop. Nice seating outside with picnic benches and parking was easy. Portions were definitely very generous. I got my kids a small cup and it was definitely too much ice cream I should have gone with the kid size. I was very impressed with the amount of candy in the flurry, this is something Dairy Queen and many other chain type stores always seem to scrimp on but the Dairy Bar did it up right! I will definitely be back
