It's a simple restaurant with some character. Easy for take away or dine in. My food was very good. The houmus and bread were awesome. My lemon mint tea was fantastic. Kebob and shwaema good.. Made as I sat there. Syrian balady food ( homey). There's a market next to it with wonderful mid east foods. Tunisian dates. Prices in both places very good. Try it out. Right next to clifton lobby hospital

This was easily some of the best Middle Eastern cuisine I’ve yet tried in Cincinnati! The price was right, the atmosphere was good and the food was superb. I highly recommend the Kafta- even the rice that came with it was better seasoned than anywhere I’ve been. 10/10.

I used to eat the Falafel wrap here every time I need my middle eastern fix, but today the wrap was not the best, the bread was very cold even though the falafel itself was really good. Sad

I’m from NY and moved here from LA so have had my share of really good middle eastern food and this was fantastic! The labna and baba ghanouj were so flavorful and delicious as was the fatoush salad and chicken kebab sandwich. And the mint lemonade was the best I’ve ever had—super fresh tasting. Also super-friendly service. Highly recommend!

This is one of the most underrated Cincinnati options, and of the best Middle Eastern eateries in the region. Cozy for dine-in or easy for take out. Everything is delicious, in particular I recommend the muhummara (by far the best I've ever had), chicken kabob, and the affordable tasty pita pocket sandwiches... but you can't go wrong with any of the middle eastern classics. The owners are lovely people. This is place is well worth a visit!

Absolutely delicious, freshly made Syrian food. The hummus is hands down the best I've ever had. The homemade pita was also so good! I ate the chicken kabob and ordered a few sauces to try on the side. Definitely a must try!

Stopped in for a dessert. Baklava: typically made with pecans. 😋 Baklawa: typically made with pistachios & walnuts. 😋 This is Baklawa from Baladi's and it is scrumptious. I requested a darker piece. It's a little less sweet than Richie's pecan pie. Perfect mild crunch! 👌🏿 Pistachios always leave a funny taste in my mouth but it didn't stop me from finishing 1/2 a serving before taking a photo.🤭 The young man was very nice & friendly. The older man looked me in my face as I smiled at him but he didn't speak nor smile. Minus a ⭐. Price: $3.75 per serving (2 triangular slices). (Photo shows 1/2 serving).

This place is truly a hidden gem of Cincinnati. Best chicken shwarma I’ve had yet. I get mine with feta, and the feta is a delicious pillow of gooey goodness😋The Baba Ganouj is also out of this world, and their pita bread is so fluffy and perfect. Great Falafel also. Actually, now that I think of it, everything I’ve ever ordered from here has been delicious. You can’t go wrong with any of! The interior is also decorated beautifully. The vibe is welcoming and chill. I’ve eaten in and gotten food to go, and both experiences were positive throughout. Service is always fast and friendly.

Super tasty food!! The Syrian flatbread wrap was unbelievable - the crispiness of the outside of the wrap and excellent flavor makes it an excellent choice. My family and I each had our own beef shawerma wrap in addition to several plates to share. Also don’t miss the baklava - not too sweet, perfectly crispy and flavorful

I walked in and had a wonderful hot gyro, salad, and fries in 5 minutes. Self-seating, clean, friendly staff. Easy walk from hospital, Hebrew Union College, and Ludlow Ave.
