Employees were friendly and welcoming. Food was hot and fresh. Food tasted amazing. Store was clean and inviting. Bathrooms were clean. Overall great experience.

We are from Va. And were in Ohio for a wedding...we havent had a LJS for about 8 yrs now so it was very much looking forward to it....they didnt have enuff help so we couldnt go inside to eat we had to so drive thru. Our person was great very friendly....had plenty of tarter sauce and ketchup wish was nice WEN we got back to hotel. Only thing I was disappointed by was years ago you use to get tons of "crunchies" under your fish and or chicken and we didnt have any but otherwise food was hot...we had everything we needed in our bag and it was great. Thank you

I love the food but customer service lacks here. I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:55 and told they opened at 11. No big deal I put it in reverse and park. I hadn't even put the car in park when 2 cars pull in and they took both there orders. Why tell me they're not opened yet then take orders at 10:56. Not the end of the world but it didn't make sense.

Nice place to eat sea food. Hush puppies are best, they were made fresh upon request
