It's so funny I found that the quality of the food is better on 2nd shift than at lunch time my taco's weren't broken every thing was prepared like it was supposed to be

Came to the deuce thru at 11pm and the girl politely informed me that we had to come in and apologized for the inconvenience and told me what they had on the menu. Very polite! I went inside and was greeted by the male in there. Very pleasant. They told me it’s only two of them at night all the time and they weren’t complaining which people typically don’t do now. Just great service and people! Thank yaw!

Decent food, chalupa not super hot, may be because we ordered the cinabites and they took a while to come out. Ended up with 6 cars behind us but were never pulled around or made to come inside which I really appreciate thank you

I recently visited this Taco Bell and it was an amazing experience. Tim Tinker helped me with and questions I had about my food choices and it was extremely helpful. Would HIGHlY recommend stopping by.

It's Taco Bell...if you like the chain, you already know...but I'm rating this location based on the quality of the food, presentation and service. The Mexican Pizza actually looked like the picture in the ads! The staff was friendly and efficient.

Things was different from the last time visiting. It was on a Friday or Saturday left work went there order my food expecting the person to give me my total. 🤔 She didn't told me to go to the window. Short staffing again. I am hoping one day we can get back to people want to work again.

Love this taco bell!!!!! I stop here multiple times in a month and the customer service is always kind and friendly!! Yes they have staffing issues but who doesn't these days. I have gone to one in Delhi a few times and was not pleased!!!!! For all you haters try and show a bit of appreciation!!!!

Yo Honestly this place is based and rocks. Good for these kids. They always make up an excuse not to make your order, or not give you your change back, or just generally do as little work as possible. Im 99% sure they eat items they 'forget' to give to doordashers. Sometimes they say doordash only. Sometimes they say cash only. Sometimes they say they are out of everything. Sometimes they say they only have one worker present and you look inside and see all 5 of them goofing off. Taco Bell is like a billion dollar franchise and these kids don't have much in the west end. Screw it, I'll never come back but I'm genuinely very supportive of these west end kids stealing from taco bell and drunk FC Cincy fans!
