Wendy's

I understand they are having trouble with employees so I was surprised at how quickly I got through today. However, I was handed my frosty with stuff running down the side (didn't even check to see if it needed wiped off) and the person who game my food was too busy speaking to a co-worker to even acknowledge me. Finally the cheese on my pub fries wasn't even melted.

By far the worst employees. I was asked to pull into a parking space and wait for my food. This was a Tuesday night after 8 so why I had to pull in a parking spot for a 4 for 4 and grilled chicken sandwich is beyond me! I waited for 20 minutes and they never brought my food out. I went back through the drive thru and asked for a refund and the girl had a attitude. The worst customer service ever. I will be calling corporate regarding my experience. Definitely don't waste your time or money going to this location.

The employees are very rude. I was standing in line for about 5 mins before anybody said anything. The only person was doing anything was this young white girl who was very respectful. The other employees wear just standing around talking to each other . One was just standing and eating French fires while making orders . They missed half my order. Do young lady give my money said she was sorry . But wasn't her fault them other girl forgot it after I seen girl eating then made my food with no gloves on and eating fries . I was good on that food. Worst service ever never going back

We ordered online. When I arrived, I pulled through the drive thru (as instructed) to pick up my food. I was told to pull into a parking spot where I waited 20 minutes for our food. When I arrived home, we were missing two of our items. I called to get a refund and the only option they provided was to go back and get them. They would not issue a refund. What food we did have was poorly assembled and dissatisfying. Wasnt expecting the best, but this was a bad experience. There's other options within 100 feet. Pass this one up.

Ordered online for in store pickup. I got there and the doors were locked. I went through the drive thru thinking this will be quick since there was only 2 cars in front of me, I waited for 10 minutes. Got to the cashier who told me to pull up. I waited for 20 minutes. While I waited I could see what looked like teenagers in the store running around and playing with nerf guns. If I hadn't already paid online I would have left. When they finally brought my food out there was no eye contact from the server and no apology for the wait. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will NEVER order from this Wendy's again.

Terrible customer service!!!!!!I would starve to death before I would ever go here again. The employees were rude & using profanity amongst each other, while they were working. This bad service continues to be an issue at this location, so at this point, I’m questioning the standards & importance of good customer service expected from corporate & wonder if it’s just acceptable behavior by the management.
