It's Taco Bell but sightly nicer. They have the kitchen up front though so they can't talk badly about annoying customers so much, and you can watch them mess up food before they bag it.
Overall though, pretty quick, generally clean and they haven't messed up my orders yet.

Very attractive and modern located in a great section of town. The food was very tasty. Very cleand and has a patio if you want to sit outside. The employees was ok.

It's like you local Taco Bell but bigger and nicer looking. Its located down town in the middle of all the night life. So it's the perfect place to visit are the club scene. Did I mention they sell alcoholic drinks? With that being said they charge more for the food because of the atmosphere.

I work close to this taco bell, so go regularly. During the day, it's usually clean and efficient. However, I recently went around dinner time and it was vastly different. There were people clearly on drugs not eating any food taking up tables. An employee brought their very young kids to work and they were running around and whining for attention, but the employees chose to ignore them. And worst of all, there were many employees working, but only 2 working on food, so it took almost 20 minutes to get fast food. So apparently, it depends on what shift you get as to what experience you get.

Clean environment, fast service, delicious food. So much better than my local taco bell. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. Just an all around pleasant experience. I'll never go to my local taco bell again. This location is so worth the extra time it takes to get there 🙌👍👏👏👏

I'm actually impressed by this Taco Bell Cantina than any other horrible Taco Bell I've been to. The food was great, fresh and fast the night shift staffing was nice, patient and fast. We visited 9/15 around 2 a.m. The night manager and staff should get great rating if they keep up the good work!

I work down the street and my and a coworker frequent this place for breakfast. I think the staff is friendly and have not seen any issues with cleanliness. The food is in good portions and tastes great. Ive also had them for lumch and they are the same however they can run a bit slow sometimes, but not bad enough for me to stop coming.

This Taco Bell gets extremely packed around lunch time on weekdays. It is a good value for the amount of food you get and the wait doesn’t take long. The associates that work at this location were not very friendly and basically treat people like orders with no personality. Quite unfortunate.

I was lucky to attend on opening day. Considering it is a downtown location, I was expecting higher prices. I was delighted to see that they still have their dollar menu, $5 boxes, and the like. I tried the margarita. Okay people, it's Taco Bell. It isn't going to be the best margarita ever. But, it was perhaps one of the better $6 frozen margaritas you can get in Downtown Cincinnati, if not the only.
The service was remarkably quick and friendly. The decor mirrored the food - Mexican inspired but still modern American. I will return regularly.
