We had not eaten at a Steak-n- shake in a long time due to poor service and food quality. My family decided to stop in at this restaurant just to give it a try again. It was a wonderful experience the food and the service was very good. The manager came around and made sure everything was okay and if he could do anything to help you.

This is by far the best Steak & Shake I’ve ever been to !!
The food is always hot, fresh, and good portion sizes. All the employees are friendly & pleasant.
The kiosk ordering is a big time saver & makes it easy to customize your order if needed. I’m sure some probably don’t care for it, but I think it’s great !!

We hadn't been to a Steak 'n Shake in a very long time so we were new to the kiosks for ordering. The manager greeted us immediately upon entering the restaurant. He explained how to use the kiosk and explained about how we can earn $2 back for every $20 spent. He didn't have to but helped me with the trays in bringing them to our tables. The burgers were amazing. The 5 way chili was excellent 👌!! The managers wife works there and was very kind. Overall a great experience, very courteous, clean, and welcoming! Thanks again and Merry Christmas!!

Food was delicious as in the past but service is quite different with a walk up kiosk and help yourself drinks and condiments while waiting for your food order to be called at the pickup window.

They no longer have waitstaff. It's all automated, so there isn't much interaction. Those who spoke with us were very nice.
The food was great, especially the Oreo Cookie Mint milkshake.
I've always appreciated the fact that the food they serve here actually looks like what's pictured.
But I miss the waitstaff. Now it has the feel of a cafeteria with good food.

I went through the drive through. I got a comb that included a double cheese steakburger and Steak & Shake's famous extremely thin French fries that were hot and crisp. I haven't seen a S&S TV commercial for many years (I have never had satellite or cable TV), but back in the old days they had a commercial where a young man asked, "Why do we call ourselves Steak and Shake?...because we can!" He meant that their burgers aren't made with just ground beef, it's never frozen ground steak. I had forgotten how good their food is, but now that I've experienced it again I'm going to eat there more often now. My only complaint--and it's a big one--is that I ordered water and from the first sip I could tell it was just plain unfiltered tap water and was gross. If they start serving good filtered water I will edit this review.

This Steak ‘n Shake has been redone and it’s great!!! It’s a multi kiosk area where you put your order in, no servers, then you grab your drink and take a seat and wait for your order to be called. The kitchen was fast and efficient, we waited less than 10 mins for our food on a Friday night. Emily was the one who was checking on everyone, she was so so nice and cheerful and helpful. The food was hot and very good. No complaints at all

This place used to be rough a couple years ago before this review. The new managers have totally saved this place and updated it so it is far more convenient! They have a touch screen order system. They now call your order number too. The prices are cheap and the food is pretty good and has tasted fresh the past few times I have been there. The staff are friendly as well!
