Well prepared food. Hot and ready. Service was slow, but surely to tasted good.

Not a fan of the kiosk system. It's klunky and slow. One of our meals was missing the sauteed onions that it was supposed to come with. We asked for them and the poor employee that asked the man at the grill got hit with attitude and barked at him that the didn't do sauteed onion anymore. The kid was apologetic and tried his best to make it right.

Local I'm not going to lie it really threw me off when I first walked in the door and realized that I wasn't going to have a waiter or waitress, but rather had to go order my food and pay immediately at a kiosk, fix my own soda, and go sit at my table and wait for my name to be called so I could pick my tray up. But the idea grew on me as I looked at my hot, delicious food and realized that Steak n Shake has always been known for their rude and slow wait staff and cold food. Also met the new owner today. They're under new management now for a fact, so if you're thinking that you miss Steak n Shake but you don't care for the headache that it USED TO BE, I highly recommend you go back and give it another chance because it's definitely different now!! Also the onion rings are a million times better than they used to be!! I gave the atmosphere 4/5 just because you have to experience it and let it grow on you.

Very busy dine in. I believe there was a wait to be seated on a Tuesday.
Standard decor. I’d say dated but that’s the point.
Take out is fast. They have their own staff I believe, even with the full house take out had no wait for call ahead or DoorDash.

Very laid back and calm environment, friendly and helpful service, wait time was just a tad long but the food was good and the overall visit was good with a great recommendation on the milkshakes

Met the new owner and he seems very genuine! Still some kinks to work out but you can tell he's on it. My family enjoyed a good meal

No humans to take your order,or to serve, it’s all automated. 2 Lovely people working here but they are run off their feet. Not the same experience anymore but the food was yum.

One of the few locations open in this area so was eager to eat the food again. Kiosks instead of servers sped up ordering and the dining room was pretty clean. Food got out pretty fast but the burger was definitely smaller than what I remember. Patrick was one of the cooks and he was very friendly and had a great attitude. Would eat here again if I'm ever in the area.
