Taco Bell

Found mold in the box with my food. Tried to return it and was told I couldn’t because of covid-19. I said why not no one is going to eat it, I was then told no manager was there and to call later. I was also told that is not mold, you tell me. Update I got in touch with the manager, she stated they have not had Mexican pizza in weeks and does not know how I ordered this. She gave me my money back and took the pizzas once I showed receipt.

Visited this store memorial day afternoon. They took my order fast enough. Took my money fast enough but when it came time to give give me my change. The snotty girl opens the window and just says we don't have any change. Closes the window. Then opens it again and asks me to pull up front . to wait for my 6tacos. When miss snotty came out with my food she has the gull to tell me to be more respectful. Stealing my money and and making me wait for my order was the disrespect. Needless to say, I will not be patronizing this store again.

Never fails, they are never taking an order!!! Again!!!! "Computers are down". I went to the front to park. 2 guys in separate cars are parked. One guy gets out the car to finally go back in the building after holding the door with a yellow wet floor sign. I then drive back around and still the computers are down, I ask for how long and then she says they are up now and can take my order. I told her I will leave another review and then had to drive all the way down to Forest Park to get Taco Bell. This is ridiculous!!!!!

This is the absolute worst place I have ever been nothing I order was right the people working there was so rude, I think bought it was just mistake the first time but my wife was insistent we go back so 4 times each time the same thing this is the most horrible place ever if you want something good and order correct don’t go here, payed for 3 loco tacos and got 3 regular ones 3 chicken quesadilla with no chicken 4 things missing and this was all 4 times

I understand being short staffed, but this is ridiculous. This is literally how I received the 5 drinks that I ordered and as you can see all straws are still in the middle of the cup holder no one has drank any. After waiting roughly 20m from order to receiving my food all I wanted to do is get outta there.

So i came from the tacobell on 9200 winton rd and this is how they do they custmers only 2slice of quesadilla its a even 4 but instead i get i just want my money back at this point i will never bring my family or friends to eat here again its a waste of time and money make sure yal have a sitter for yal kids never bring ya kid to work very unsupervised there was no meat in the food at rhus point i want my money back
