CMC properties has been a great resource for our business. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and the space has really met the needs of our business.

Marlin is the property manager for CMC Properties and he is great. He's super chill and reasonable about the details and everything with our move into the new office. It was smooth as silk. He anticipates your needs and seems to have a solution before you even ask. Now that we're moved in, I pass by him almost every day but we just say 'hey' to each other now because I haven't had any issues since we moved in. I always highly recommend CMC Properties now, just because of Marlin.

It has been a great experience live in Garfield Tower. Emily and Jessica both are great! David and another maintains guy both very nice. I am from NYC, it is much better place than any of the apartments I stayed there. I highly recommend to anyone who want to live in a convenient location, with great service, pool and gym. Free coffee. Garfield Place is the place for you.

Cameo Bauer from The Farm at Taylor Mill was very responsive to getting my application completed and very professional. I appreciate her helping me get through this process in a timely fashion. I was a resident at Brandychase for 2 years and it was a lovely place to live, maintenance always quick to respond and very friendly office staff that treated me like family. Excited and hoping to get to live at another complex by CMC !

I came across CMC the middle of April looking for a small place to rent for my new business. Brian Toomey responded immediately back to my email questions, and I was able to get together with him within a couple days. I looked at several different units, and found one that I absolutely loved. Since there was such a short period of time before the 1st of March Brian put in a rush order to have the new unit painted cleaned new carpet installed and all ready for me to move into. I have to say I am very pleased! The customer service was outstanding! I could not be happier with my new office! I've already sent one referral your way and plan on sending more as they come up!
