Buffalo Wild Wings

Service was horrible. We went in around 1:30 ,the lunch crowd was over and sat in the bar area. Server was Amanda I belive. First it took a while to be greated, second which should be number 1 in this industry, why do I ( the customer , who is choosing to spend my money here have to constantly ask for a refill , that should be automatic and if you use different glasses please, please take back the old ones, instead of being lazy and leaving them on the table, I attached a photo of glasses now double that bc of my friends glasses on his side, how are you expected to have room to eat , when our food arrived 35 minutes later ( once again, maybe 10 customers in the restaurant) it was brought by the "shift leader " who also should have took away empty glasses . Just a bad experience , I knew better when my friend suggested bbw for lunch. Food = Mehhhh Service = bhaaaaa, you all need to start over. Great service can make up for average food. Thank you for your time.

Had a to go order, the wings were very fatty and rubbery, not very good quality wings. Very chewy as well. The flavorings were adequate, not worth $34! Went to the website as instructed by the owner posted and reviewed the food quality, I never heard anything back from anyone? Maybe they really don't care you spent $34 for bad food? You have other choices for quality wings!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I had a to go order totaling $96. After getting home I realized they left out my steak wrap. I called to say I was coming back to get it. I live 15 Minutes away. By the time I even got back home with the steak sandwich all the rest of my $96 order was completely cold! I couldn’t even eat until 8:15 for having to reheat the food. I had to repeat to the lady on the phone 4-5 times what I wanted. I was told by the manger that I was going to get a discount but yet they still charged my card $96. I thought this was completely ridiculous for the amount of money I was spending. They didn’t even offer to remake any of my order.

Unbelievable! Was a party of 2, once seated, a table of 3 & table of 9 seated after us. Table of 3 had their drinks & food ordered before even getting our drink order taken. Table of 9 got their drinks. Finally got soft drinks (45+ min from entering restaurant) AFTER table of 2 received their food. Soda was only carbonation, no syrup. Heard table of 6 (seated 4 groups after us) behind me order the same soda. Told that different server before she went to get their drinks that mine was flat so she could make sure her table's wasn't. That server returned with their drinks correct but didn't bring me a correct one. Waited longer. Our server finally came by so I stopped her & requested a non-flat drink. I understand staff shortages & didn't mind the wait in general but this is where is gets unthinkable. Maybe another 10 minutes, food finally arrives. I still hadn't gotten a corrected drink. The 2 wing orders are totally wrong & missing fries completely. I was still like fine, I'll eat the wrong wings. When asked about missing fries, a 3rd server interaction (at this point) said you'll have to ask your server, it wasn't on your order. I lost it. You mean ask the server who couldn't get me a correct soda in over an hour nor get the order correct yet serve the later table of 9 fine? I lost it & got up & left before I would have had the whole restaurant's attention on me, my partner stayed to try & tell them we're done with the non-sense. A manager approached my partner & apologied & said she'd re-make the order fast. Once arrived home, now had 2 orders of fries, 1 correct order of wings & totally missing the other order of wings. Just shaking my head. This is more than incompetence.

Zero Stars! We waited so long! The food we got was cold and not good and we didnt get half of our order!! Tonight was sons bday and he picked this restaurant. His birthday was ruined. First of all, we had a party of 7 and the hostess attempted to seat us in a booth that seated 4 and seemed confused when we told her that wouldn't work. After we ordered they informed us we wouldn't get our food altogether because there was a change in the corporate office. After 1.5 hours only 3 of the 7 of us had recieved their food. I was one of them and it was subpar because the fries were cold. We talked to manager and waited and waited for trhem to rectify the situation, but they didn't. Apparantly, the only way to get your food altogether is if you order To Go. So we asked them to get us the rest of our order To Go. But, we waited another 30 minutes and my 5 yr old who had eaten cold fries and chicken tenders started crying of stomach pain. We asked to just have our check for what we ate so we could leave. Finally, they overcharged us for a $5 order of fries, which were never recieved and were supposed to replace the cold fries they served me in the first place! This was THE WORST RESTAURANT EXPIERENCE EVER. The only good thing was that our waitress was very apologetic, and seemed to be doing the best she could with her hands tied. The manger was not able to fix the issues as if she has no authority??? I dont see how any order for people should ever take more than 2 hours!! And who wants to take turns eating at a restaurant with the rest of the party staring at you??? So Awkward!! We will never come back. Never. Wingstop is better anyways, and it would be worth the hour drive to Knoxville.
