Texas Roadhouse

Food was great. Well prepared and fresh. Recommend the appetizers. Service was fast and very courteous. Desert was fresh and very good. Get here early. This place is packed with people, both seated inside and those waiting outside. Parking is filled up in a hurry. Better be on time. Not really a lot of room for kids. There is no choice of seating. Just whatever comes open. Good luck.

Let me start this review off by saying that my visit was subpar. I am giving 5 stars bc to me it's not the mistake, but how mistakes are handled; and their food is delicious even cold. Brandon was the manager the night of my visit, and even though things went sideways, he absolutely made it right. Sometimes unexpected things happen. I get it!! I was in the service industry for years and was willing to afford some grace. Part of my complaint was that they forgot my rolls. Brandon's response was that " it's the whole point of going to Texas Roadhouse".. Love it!! Overall, service was great!!Food was still delicious, and customer service is amazing.

Our server, Moe, provided a memorable experience on a busy Saturday. He made sure my steak was cooked as I wanted which most servers no longer do. He checked back frequently and filled our drinks without being asked. The steak and salmon were great. The sweet potatoes cooked well and the salads fresh. I recommend this location and the prices are reasonable.

Ordered a family meal to pick up. While the food was good and a good value for the money (despite missing all sauces for the chicken tenders) pick up was less than ideal. My order was ready before the time they gave which was awesome but the pick up area was jam packed with people. After a short wait I got my order and the girl working asked me to pay again. Told her I paid online and showed her the exact amount pending from my bank app and she told me I had to wait for the cashier for verification. Cashier got there and she proceeded in telling him to ring up an order prior to just double checking that mine was indeed paid (which he could tell from the receipt but she could not?) anyhow this took about 6 minutes meanwhile people were coming back to have their orders corrected for missing items or incorrect. Ultimately it was a good value but the whole purpose was to grab a quick meal for the unexpected company I had waiting for me at home. By time I returned home I was flustered and stressed and missing sauces.

Texas Roadhouse has always been one of my favorite places to eat when one is in the mood for a great steak, salad, butter and rolls, and a sweet tea. I've always loved the Texas environment, Veteran friendly and discounts, the prices per person are very reasonable, and they even give Veterans free meals on Veterans Day! What could be better?

Been there many times, consistently good quality food, good atmosphere and excellent friendly service. Tonight was no exception. My fiance wanted to go to dinner there for her birthday. Even though the place was packed we were seated quickly and served fairly quickly, with excellent food on top of that. Texas roadhouse is my go-to for good food in a relaxed casual atmosphere

I tend to forget just how good a steak you can get here. This is good because it's always an unexpected pleasure. Maybe it's because they are relatively low-key, I never really see much press about them. Regardless, the bone-in ribeye is easily among the best in this town. As a creature of habit, I don't have a lot of experience with the sides, but I can say the dinner salad is always crisp and fresh. The green beans are another unexpected treat - if you like them with a real southern flare (and bacon!) I am also hard-pressed not to overdo the dinner rolls - fresh from the oven, plenty of sweet butter - and they keep bringing them for as long as you want. I was impressed at how attentive the staff was given how busy it was. They offer consistently excellent customer service and surprisingly short wait times.

We were so hungry + everything we had hit the spot. I love the thick ranch and cold salad plates. The chicken was juicy and not dry. I’m not a steak person but my husband is and he’s now happy and full. =] A different couple took our reservation at first but it ended up being a blessing because we got sat with Brandi Jo as our waitress and she was awesome ! She was on top of everything we asked for + with a great attitude ! The manager also came by with a smile, much appreciated ! Thank you for the great experience !
