7-eleven

Nothing's more irritating than employees lined to the customers about the bathrooms. How are you going to try to say that the bathroom is inoperable, when you're working an entire shift there? You mean to tell me, that the employees don't have the ability to go to the bathroom during a shift? Come on! Public bathrooms are necessary.

I was in the mood for a nice 7-Eleven coffee and I walked over to the 7-Eleven at 7:15 on a Wednesday evening after work and what they gave me tasted like Sanka decaffeinated coffee it was bitter and disgusting and I probably will never go to this 7-Eleven again. Unfortunately I'm going to have to become a one of those Starbucks people.

I went in to the store on march 18th and purchased 2 cartons of cigarettes,when i went to pay the lady ran my credit card after she said computer froze need to run card again. I ran it and it went thru no problem,iwas notified by my cc co.that it went thru twice ive been trying to contact mngr even left note and he has not responded this is pretty shady since they have 117 dollars of my money and wont call back to try and fix it Bernard Majchrzak

Avoid this store! At least until they get employees with some basic manners! Today (09/04/18) I stopped to get a carton of cigarettes ; I am living in Broadmoor and I been buying in this store for the past 7 years - VIRGINIA SLIMS, SUPERSLIMS, purple carton. Once again they were out...the clerk , young and overweight man name Brian, told me they out of stock but honestly didn't bother to look for them; when I asked to charge me a carton price for 10 packs he mumbled something unhappily...and in response to my question " why lately there is problem with inventory"? Told me to - "GET OUT"!!! WOW...this was a first to me! Not only does this young punk have NO MANERS...but to threaten a lady who is his mothers age so rudly is simply outragous !!! This tells me how poorly educated and manered this young loser is! Being a small business owner, I know it is not easy to get help today...BUT why management or owner DO NOT care about rude customer service? Do they wait till someone complains to coorporate?!
