Clean Very Friendly Staff... Annie keeps the customers straight and content... She greated us with a smile and ensure we knew what we were doing for a great experience. We normally do not like fast food but this good was freshly prepared and not rushed .. Will Def visit this location again.. Ensure uou give Annie a raise and lots of praise.

Friendly service and quick - We ate indoors, there was plenty of seating and the location was clean and bright. The items ordered were exactly as placed, and fresh. Plenty of parking was available, but the entrance can be a bit tricky at night. The location is easy an easy-and-off from the highway (I-80) and a pleasant stop if you need to stretch your legs and find fuel for your vehicle.

I’m in heaven with a Chili Mac yummy yum! You all did a excellent job yesterday with everything tasting great even though you are still making people do take out only. (I think take out often is barely edible once home.) Oh, and your shakes can’t be beat!

You have an option to order on your own for no contact or go to the register. The employees working here love working together and it shows in the service and quality they provide. Clean and happy place. They all looked so great too!! Very respectful I could go on. Will be back and not soon enough.

The reviews are true. This particular Steak ‘n Shake is amazing.
I happened to be in Coralville on my way across the country on a long road trip, and ended up here. Was not disappointed, one of the best Steak n Shake experiences I’ve ever had.
Double steak burger was on point, assembled with care and loaded with grilled onions. Onion rings were warm and fried to perfection, and the shake was delicious as always. 10 out of 10, A+.

Very solid fast food. Not as good as B-Bops in Des Moines. But still very good. Prices are spot on for the quality. Not the quickest option, but worth it.

Good food, excellent service! Giving 4 stars vs 5 because no napkins in the bag (what's up with that these days?) and the sandwiches were very good but not nearly as good as they looked on the menu board. Still, overall, great experience!

This one has the new counter service model. I saw some patrons get very confused but I thought it was pretty smooth and very quick. Was able to get my Frisco melt and cheese fries, quick and easy! The staff was very friendly.
