Panera Bread

Usually very good, most recently though me and a guest went there at around 5 pm on April 13 and my guest got the mac and cheese. We couldn't identify it but the mac and cheese bowl tasted off and we were a bit bothered to keep eating. The outside of the bread was very hard like I dropped it on my plate and it shook the table hard. The inside was fine so I think this piece was just stored incorrectly for whatever reason. Quite disappointing this time around

Overpriced, very little meat in my steak sandwich, mostly bread. My daughter ordered a mango smoothie and after not being thrilled with our meals I said "well I bet at least the smoothie is still good" she sais nor really, very bland and little mango flavor. They also never gave us our pop we ordered? By the time I realized and went back there was no employee we could find that didn't already have several customers waiting for them. So basically we paid $30 for some stale bread and a weak smoothie and still had to buy drinks elsewhere 🤣 Save your money and just get subway.

There were bugs and flies flying around the display pieces. We ordered a croissant and a blue berry muffin hoping to get fresh not touched by bugs or flies. When we asked the employee for fresh pieces, she was rude. The hygine level with the flies and bugs turned us off. Did not expect this from Panera.
