We went through the drive through today and received some of the worst service I've experienced at a fast food restaurant. When we were ordering the woman taking the order was rude and made it clear that we were inconveniencing her with our order (not a difficult order, just two meals). We got to the window and she didn't say a word to us, took our payment, and handed it back. After a few minutes she handed over a bag of sandwiches, no chips or drinks. We waited a minute or two, giving her time to slowly get the next items. She didn't get them, just asked us "what are you waiting for?" My husband told her that we were waiting for chips and drinks. She took a minute and grabbed a bag of chips and slapped them over and slowly proceded to get a drink. She handed that over and turned back. My husband asked for my chips and drink and the process continued over. After all was done, we thanked her and she didn't respond. I got my sandwich and found that it wasn't what I asked for (extra pickles and mayo and was given lite mayo and pickles - this was incorrectly entered by the same woman, not the fault of the sandwich makers). My husband's drink was extremely watered down that it had to be dumped down the drain.
Unfortunately, this was the worst experience we have had at this location, but it is consistently poor service. The staff are frequently unpleasant and they never improve. It is clear that there are no professional expectations at this location.
We've already put in reviews on the Jimmy John's site, just wanted to make others aware that it is better to avoid this location until something changes.

I love Jimmy Johns, but I will never go to this location for a sandwich because Staff is rude and unprofessional
When ordering, the order taker named Anthony was rude to me. Said cuss words when he was charging. I was asking him about the new turkey sub and he wouldn’t answer my question just said oh that’s #17 and it wasn’t.
When ordering the subs he said they included tomatoes and lettuce- which I know, but guess what? When I paid and was waiting for my order to be made he said “we ran out of tomatoes” I was the only customer there. How did he not know there weren’t tomatoes? It’s as if there was tomatoes, but since it was almost closing time (I arrived at 430pm and they close at 5:00pm **what kind of Jimmy Johns closes at 5pm in a Saturday when they’re located next to a big mall!?) I feel as though they just didn’t want to cut tomatoes. He told me the subs came with tomatoes but apparently didn’t know they didn’t have tomatoes which is something they should know. I also bought a drink and there was no ice, they didn’t bother telling me there was no ice until I asked. I wouldn’t have bought a drink if there was no ice.
Additionally, they messed up on my order. They gave me the wrong sub. They also had one of the tables by the entrance with dirty plates, napkins, and coats completely filthy.
This place isn’t the place to get Jimmy Johns, it’s best you go to Iowa City near UIowa

Yikes. The drive through worker taking our order was extremely rude, slow, and incompetent. I could get past a bad attitude, but our order was jacked up on multiple fronts (not by the sandwich makers, exclusively by the drive through worker). We have had less than stellar experiences with the staff at this location before (as it seems many others have as well) but this one was really over the top.

Jimmy John's in general is great. This staff/manager is a joke. If you want to pull a prank on someone either have them order from this location or for a real heater, send them to the physical store to interact with the staff. You'll have a good laugh.

Just bought a sandwich there and came home, opened it to put more mayo on it, and there was not just one but 6 TINY HAIRS IN MY SANDWICH. All in the cheese & lettuce. No one wears hair/beard nets. Absolutely disgusting. Never going back.

Ordered through here a few times, not bad. Recently my food had been delivered smashed and smelling of cigarette smoke. I don't know about any of you, but I don't like smelling cigarette smoke when I eat my lunch *vomit*.

Would be better if the staff wasn't complaining about the company. Food is good but overpriced and how do you serve a 16-inch sub without cutting it in half is beyond me.
